About

An adventurous decision to work as a Jillaroo on a cattle station in the Northern Territory in 2008 led me to a very different life to the one I had envisaged in the city.

My name is Rachel Brindley, I am originally from Melbourne, Victoria, but an adventurous decision to work as a Jillaroo on a cattle station in the Northern Territory in 2008 led me to a very different life to the one I had envisaged in the city.

Since then I have become a wife and mother and have discovered a love for life on the land. I have lived on sheep and cattle properties across Australia, from the Northern Territory through Queensland to our current home in South Western New South Wales.

The journey to where I am now and my experience trying to find employment is the reason I wanted to begin this business, to help give others the resources and information they need to begin or continue a career in the Outback.

I want to help people find not only the job they are after, but information about what they need to take with them, what life in the Outback is like and what they need to know so that they are prepared for this hard but rewarding life and we can start retaining good people in their Outback Careers.
